Payment
Payment will be collected at the time of visit. We accept payment by cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard and Discover (There will be an up charge for any fees paid through credit cards for the fees we are charged.)
Being that Katherine in not in-network with most insurance companies she
will assist you in submitting the correct insurance paperwork to request
reimbursement for counseling services
Therapy sessions:
The American Medical Association Current Procedural Terminology coding
therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes. This is known as a “therapeutic hour”.
Telephonic Sessions:
Even though I have a preference for face-to-face counseling, there may
be times when some telephone counseling is warranted. Contact Katherine
to schedule Telephone Counseling at a mutually-agreeable time.
