* Intake (90 minutes) $265
* Extended intake for Couples, Families, or Individuals (90 minutes) $265
*Therapy (45 minutes) $135
* Therapy (90 minutes) $265
*Trauma Processing Therapy (90 minutes) $265
* Court Related Therapy (60 Minutes) $150
* Mediation Services (45-90 Minutes) $135/265
* Telephonic (45 minutes) $135 (90 minutes) $265 or Prorated $3 a minute
* Written Reports or Documentation $150 an hour

Payment

Payment will be collected at the time of visit. We accept payment by cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, flexible spending, and HSA Accounts (There will be an up charge for any fees paid through credit cards for the fees we are charged.)

Insurance

Being that Katherine in not in-network with any insurance companies she will assist you in submitting the correct insurance paperwork including a 'Super Bill' receipt to request reimbursement for counseling services. The insurance company will refund what their coverage allows.

Therapy sessions:
The American Medical Association Current Procedural Terminology coding therapy sessions are 45 minutes. This is known as a “therapeutic hour”.

Telephonic Sessions:
Even though I have a preference for face-to-face counseling, there may be times when some telephone counseling is warranted. Contact Katherine to schedule Telephone Counseling at a mutually-agreeable time.
